As alluded to in the portfolio sections, I am studying for my MA degree and I will take the opportunity here to showcase my development process and based on my various modules on my Digital Media Practice programme.
Digital Media Principles
My primary module taken during my first semester on the MA programme, I was assigned the task to produce, showcase and theorise a media asset that represents my skills, reputation and ultimately what my long term goal is upon graduation. In addition, I also explained my intent and ambition for taking this particular course.
Design Practice
Also taken during the first semester, the Design Practice goal was an opportunity to utilise my creative talent and capabilities by creating and designing a digital app that one can use on a mobile device. My research and developmental experience were put to challenge on this particular module.
Emerging Media
This particular module was an exciting one, for it gave me the chance to develop and showcase my practical skills in Motion graphics and digital design. I created an animated video message based on a brief as part of the Royal Society of Arts’ annual Student Design Awards.
