During my tenure with a marketing company, I played a pivotal role in promoting the brand Compassionate Cuppa, a mental-health support group aiming to provide assistance through online or in-person one-to-one interactions, complemented by a free beverage. My effective SEO strategy leveraged trending hashtags such as #justafewminutes and #talktous, emphasizing the power of simple communication and the gift of time in improving lives. In an era where such genuine connections are often lacking, especially in the realm of social media, these campaigns served as a poignant reminder of the positive impact a few minutes of conversation can have.


Additionally, I introduced the hashtag #huginamug to highlight the nurturing effect a warm drink can bring, symbolizing the warmth and care embedded in the act of thoughtful communication. I was also put in charge of preparing the schedule for the posts, to correspond with days and events of importance that the brand would be able to generate awareness from and indeed many of scheduled posts were greatly approved and subsequently adopted by the brand and continue to be used to this day.
